My friend always say I have a lot to give to other people, that I was born to make other people happy.

Home for me is wherever I can sleep well without worrying and wake up without energy or family. I love eating together with my family. My family is my Home.

Thai, Swedish, Laos and English.

Which is your best dish?

It’s a dish that I eat so often and it’s not just to fill my belly but also to remind me of my happy childhood. (Yes, it’s somtum Platodd, and Namprik)

Which dish do you usually cook at home?

Honestly after a long day at work, all I want to do is to eat something really easy like instant noodle, omelette, boiled egg, chil fish sauuce or norheastern food.

What is your best food memory?

It’s hard to tell because I have so so many. I have a lot of different memories of food from all kind of situations. For example, I have a good time when I’m eating with my parents and my siblings. On the other hand, I also like eating together with my kids - it’s makes me so happy to see that they eat well and enjoy eating. I like to see them take their time to eat with good friends and talk about anything.

I believe that, becoming a chef is really for the people who’s happy just to see others enjoy eating your food. But it’s not just to become a chef and follow the recipes, you need inspiration and creativity to succeed. That Will not happen if you’re becoming a chef for the wrong reasons (like money). You need to love what you do, and you need to love cooking and see others enjoy your food.
